At Burke's Arena Boxing Club, we believe that boxing is more than just a sport. It is a way of life that teaches discipline, focus, and respect. Our trainers are committed to helping our members not only improve their boxing skills but also develop these important values.
Our mission is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels to learn and improve their boxing skills, while developing a healthy lifestyle. We are committed to helping our members achieve their fitness goals while instilling discipline, consistency and confidence.
We offer a variety of training options for ages 7 and up, including boxing technique, sparring, strength and conditioning, and more. Our trainers are experienced and certified. We will work with you to develop a personalized training plan that fits individual or group needs and goals.

One Hour Group Sessions Meeting evenings on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Single Session with no Commitment
Our Most Popular, two sessions per week, monthly priced.
Unlimited Youth or Adult Sessions, priced per month.
6 week program meets twice per week.
Limited to 14 participants, this program consists of 12 one hour sessions over six weeks at 5am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Limited to 14 Athletes, this is a 45 minute concentrated program for those looking to get their work in but are short on time. 12 sessions over six weeks, also meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Group/Team Sessions: 8 or more athletes
Available in 20 or 30 minute increments.
